I have a single wide mobile home, and was told not ot use a humidifier. They said it would create too much moisture buildup. Is this true?

A humidifier is one of the cheapest ways to cut heating bills. Most have a humidity setting so I don't see where it would create too much moisture unless you let it run until the walls weeped.
