repairs on MH's

We have 5 kids we are bringing with us to live in a new Cavco mobile home that is wrapped in stucco, set on an acre. We are very fortunate to be able to purchase this on horse property, with the white fences and in a beautiful community of neighbors with stucco wraps as well.
Our question is, if we need to repair anything, which we suspect we will with the boys running thru this home, do we have to buy things at a mobile home replacement place ONLY, or can we go to say, Home Depot and get the faucets, etc. there. We are just wondering, is a mobile home like a VW with smaller parts (Metric) than a Chevy, say???
