Let me make this as short as possible...I have a MH in a park in MD and cannot sell it as the park owner is not letting any new tenants do their wash. I am unable to sublet and I moved to PA a year ago and cannot find a place to put it or land to buy to place it on and have been paying $300 a month in lot rent....I'm in the middle of pursuing legal action against the park owner but in the mean time I'm looking for advice on how I may be able to unload this nightmare of a home...It's beautiful and in great condition but I can't sell it...Any suggestions?????
Thanks,
KS
CAN'T SELL MY MH
Re: CAN'T SELL MY MH
We have had our MH for sale for 3 years. Nice 1988 Dbl Wide in Michigan. We have tried on our own and are now in our 2nd stint with a MH realtor. On our own we tried an "Open House" advertising it 2 days prior and the day of also...not one person came. It is a nice 28 X 56, with C/A, 3 bd and 2 ba on a cul-de-sac, just reduced the price for the 3rd time. It is becoming very discouraging. We are just running out of room and we are expecting again in April '04.
Re: CAN'T SELL MY MH
Where in MD is the home? I am looking for a new place to move my 96 Redman to in MD as my park is closing. It is a park in Annapolis, and I would like to stay as close as possible, if anyone knows anywhere. Oh, and I have a dog, which is a problem for some parks.
