The Manufactured Housing Forums

We are planning on ordering a Fairmont Celebrity (Irvington Estate) model in about 1 month. But the forum seem to have mixed reviews. We are going to order the home with R-44 insulation in roof, complete drywall, OSB or plywood flooring and exterior walls, house wrap and Delta faucet upgrade. Is there any other upgrades we should order? Does anyone have any experience with this line?

I'm a little nervous because his home is priced higher than the Dutch and Patriot models we've looked at but it's also 300 sq. ft larger than those homes.

I would appreciate any comments.

Sounds like you have done your homework...RELAX AND GO FOR IT

How large do you want the home to be? Crystal Valley/Patriot makes homes over 2,000 sq. ft. Check with your dealer, and a good dealer can special order larger sizes for you.
