Selling a Mobile Home

I have a 4 year old double-wide in excellent condition that I'll need to sell if I get a job in another state. I know I can't move it because the roof wouldn't be adequate for that area of the country. I calculated the blue book value of the home and what I still owe on the mortgage. I calculated that if I sell if for the full blue book value, I'll still be about $14000 short to pay off the mortgage. What do I do? I really want this job because it would mean a significant increase to my salary.

It appears that you will not recover your investment by selling the home. You may want to think about owner financing the home, or leasing the home until you are in a better position to sell.
