Park Lease

Can anyone give me some advice to help me in my situation?
In the beginning of November I purchased a mobile home in a park in CA for all cash, since that time I have been trying to get the park manager to give me an application so that I can move into the park. The park manager will not give me an application so I haven't paid rent for November or Dec. however I want to. I think the park is trying to put my home and site into foreclosure for failure to pay space rent so that they can obtain the home for free. Any advice on who I can contact?
