i have a 1985 single wide trailor that i am attempting to sale. the trailor is worth 7,000 and i own 11,000 to the bank. i do not wish to make a profit, only to get rid of it so that i can move on. it is located in a mobile home park and the interested buyer must complete a credit approval process. i have had several individuals interested in the home but after i send them to the office, i never hear from them again. i can only predict that they are turned away or shown a different property by the managment.i would love to find a company that purchases mobile homes and will take it away for me.
any advice?

We also have one that we have been trying to sell for 2 years only to have every interest applicant turned down by Conseco. It is getting very frusterating as we live in another state and own a hosue here. It is hard making payments on 2 places. Our MH in AL is on my in-laws property so it would have to be moved. Although, they have said that the new owners may keep it there for a while and rent the lot. Any suggestions?
