What does an owner need to sell a mobile home in the State of Florida? I would like to sell my mobile myself, but would like the correct information to do so.

There is nothing special required to sell your own home...
Start with an ad here in the "For Sale by Owner" section of this web site..
Good Luck

I was inquiring more about the required paperwork/legalities, where would one get a sales contract?

A simple contract (bill of sale) is available from most office supply firms...Florida has a title on manufactured homes...title transfer papers are available from your tag office..A home only sale is nothing different than the sale of an automobile in FL..
If real estate is involved..the sale is a lot more complicated and should involve a real estate attorney for the sake of all involved...
Total cost of attorney services for a simple transfer should be about $400..
Good Luck

And in some states you simply sign the back of the title over to the new owner and have it notarized.10 to 20$ tops.
