Solitare vs. Champion

We've narrowed our search between Solitare Model 360 and Champion Model Brookhollow N602.
Solitare - We love the structure. The solid, no decor, standard tape and textured walls are perfect. The complete look of the home is very nice and classy. The price is a little higher than we wanted and the master bedroom and bath are a tad too small, but doable. Their color scheme for walls, carpet, counter tops and appliances are creamy beige and we want white, so would have to pay extra for factory direct. Was quoted $600 to $1000 per half. Couldn't find a comparable floor plan that we liked for around the same price.
Champion - Love the floor plan. All rooms are plenty big. However, tape and textured walls are considered an upgrade, which makes the home a little too pricey. I really do not like the pre-wall papered walls. The colors and design are so uncomplimentary especially to my own decor. Not sure if they are built as well as the Solitare. On the plus side, since the home will have to be factory direct to have tape and textured walls, we can choose our own colors, but price will still be a factor.
Can someboby provide a good comparision of the two to assist with our decision making process? Thank you.
