Have land, want 2 buy MH in GA

I am buying a home on five acres in Kingsland, GA (near Waycross and Jax, FL). I want to buy a MH and put it on property for Mom. Have cash to purchase the MH. Should we buy it directly from a manufacturer or from a dealer? Can you recommend either in the GA/Florida area? We expect to pay in the neighborhood of 50 to $80,000.

I found these builders in the "yellow pgs" section of this site. All are in GA except the first one in Ocala. Would you recommend any of them?

Lots of things....FIRST...you cannot buy directly from a factory..some builders also have retail stores..but these corporate stores tend to much higher overhead and prices than locally owned dealers will have...
Now for you list..
Chariot Eagle is an RV builder..they build campers...nice ones but not anything you are looking for..
Clayton and Palm Harbor from LaGrange build middle of the road homes...PH most likely will be sold by PH dealers...the prices will be higher..The Clayton will be sold by independents in your area..
Craftmade...Spring Hill,..Grand Manor..and Peachstate (Sunstate) are all out of business..
You failed to mention one of the best choices..Homes of Merit from Lake City Florida...

There is a great independent dealer for Homes of Merit product in Yulee, Florida (between waycross and Jax..)...C and G Homes..they are one of the best independent dealers in North Florida..
