Information on selling

I was wondering if there is anyway to tell a good park from a bad one? With selling our house, we are getting questions about the park we live in. I can only tell people what I know from experience of living here. I have had a few home builders (stick built) tell me that we live in an up and coming area, which is why they are buidling homes. I have checked the crime reports, all of which are very low. We don't really socialize with people more than a few houses down on each side, but everyone seems nice enough. The schools are decent and improving. We have never had a problem with kids (teenageers, etc,) Is there a definitive way I can find out how my park rates in comperision to others? Thanks

Murray,

Smiles all around! He he he. I know that I have said it all.. of course the seller is going to say they live in a great place. I mean other than myself, an unbiassed opinion. Does park management provide something like this or is there a park association for the state (MI) or maybe country that can tell me. Thanks alot.
