Buy lot, moving singlewide

It seems that after a year and a half of looking, we have
found a small lot that we want to buy. The owner will sell and we have a lender. The lender says we are pre-approved at a low interest rate for the lot and our existing home together. Can you tell the steps in the process? I have never gone this route before.
