What could be causing my 1999 Fleetwood Doublewide's exterior wall by the front door to start buckling inward?

It may just be that the stud has bowed. Check to be sure you don't have a water source at the front door.

There should be pier support directly underneth all exterior door.If not, over time
the floor joist support in this area can sag. This is turn can cause the wall to bow in.Check for proper support in this area under the home.

We had that in our bedroom with another manufactured home we had---Its because they use green lumber when they build and it dries and bows out. You have to get the factory if still under warrenty to come and tear down the sheet of wall board and replace the board that bows. Now don't let them just tear out a narrow strip, enough to get to the board as replacing the wallboard shows more that way. Make them tear out a whole 8ft sheet and replace it then they can tape and texture it and it won't show. Its a mess but worth it.
