manuf home value??

My husband & I are looking into buying a used manf home but have not been able to find a place where we can look up the value of a manf home, How do we go about that?
Value is related to the area you live in...There is no reliable national "rule of thumb"..
There is a place on this web site were you can pay for a proper NADA value...but location is still very important...the home could be worth tens of thousands more or less..
The best way to determine value is to shop locally for others you might be able to buy and see how the price compares..
