Is it time to buy a entire MHP

We are looking at buying an existing MHP in the east. Needs wrok and more tenants. We hear that with low interest rates it is hard to fill a park.

So is this a good time to buy?
Are MHP's worth less these days?

MH's without land are hard to finance these days.A park where you own and rent homes can also be a hassle.Depends on the area ,the age of the homes,and a million other things on whether or not it would be a good investment.
