set up and delivery

Hello All,

If you find a home for the right price but the company you want tobuy from is to high as far as set up and delivery can you outsource this to save money? What will that do to the warranty etc...

It depends on your loan institution, some banks will not let you, this is to insure their and your intrest. the dealer will add approx. $1000.00 or more to the actual cost of the set up.
