Which of the MH sellers lets you customize and build a home to suit your needs or desires. Example we want a four bedroom home with a granny flat with its own kitchen and a upstairs master bedroom suite. I am not at all familier with the manufacturers in your part of the country...Most modualr builder will offer some customization...but at a large cost..individual plans and approvals can be very expensive....

Most important is you should first check with your local building officials..."Grannie" flats are not legal in most areas any more...
