Homes for Chicago,Illinois

I am looking into purchasing several MH and want to know how hard it would be to build these home in Chicago,Illinois or Joliet Illinois.
Best check with your zoning officials first...It is not to likely you will be able to use manufactured homes in this area..
The construction unions are VERY strong and no manufactured home builder is unionized..
