how would you rate them? are their any complaints on construstion or follow up work?

We have had our Colony for almost two years and we love it.We had a couple of minor things that had to be fixed when we first got the home and the people at the plant were fast to respond.We have NO complaints.I hope this helps.

We love ours also. Everything that needed fixed was done quickly and they also follow up to make sure you're happy with the work.

thanks for your response's. my wife and i are looking at one. the aurora ranch model 325 with 8 ft ceiling and dry wall through out. we are also getting a 5/12 roof. we both really like this house. but we or none of our
friends have had any experience with colony. i am retiring in the middle of 2004 and we are having this house put on property we own in delaware. we are happy to hear from people on colony. we have plenty of time. so i
thought it would be a good time to find out as much as we could before hand. thanks again.

we are in the process of purchasing a colony. the house in on our property, and they are working on getting it all set up and hooked up. the only problem i have (and it is not with the company), is with the dealer. the home was delivered on 4 sep. and we are still waiting to even walk in the home. as of right now, they "think" we might be in by the end of oct.
any way, as far as colony goes, so far so good.
