Schult mobile home

Hello. My husband and I are thinking about buying a mobile home on contract. I was wondering if you could give me an approximate value of it. It is a 1997 Schult mobile home. Shingled roof. 3 bedroom, 2 bath. The kitchen has an island in it. I believe it is a 16x80. It has central air and electric heat. It's in great condition. It is on a concrete slab.
