FHA pad requirements

We are purchasing a MFH and can't get an answer on what the FHA req.are for the pad.The property we purchased has a pad that is 4in.thick.every thing is there(electricty,well,sewer)We just need to know if the pad is right.So we need to know the FHA req.for pads.

I answered on the other board...but a few things came to mind after...
The well will have to have an extensive water test.....You should start this asap...
Also..FHA will require an extended warranty from a company like 2/10 Warranty...the foundation must be covered for 10 years....the insurance company will require an ingineer statement as to the foundation condition...
An existing septic tank will also have to be inspected to meet FHA specs..
FHA can be a pain in the you know where..Of course your dealer should know all of this..
