1971 mobile home

I.m thinking of buying a 1971 mobile home for my daugther. I asked a friend in the realestate biz, and she said that the home is to old and a fire trap. She said that all homes built in the 70's have this problem. Should I go ahead and buy the home or is my friend right about these homes. The home is 20x54 in very good and clean shape.

Obviously not all 70's home were fire traps...this one seems to still have value...
You might have a home inspector check it out....but you already know this age home may need some work...
Not all home were aluminum wiring..that was the problem...Many were built with all copper and had no problems in this field...
