Bill of Sale

We live in Washington state and are in the process of selling our '94 Redman SW. Do I need to type up a bill of sale or is there a place you can purchase a generic one? The SW is to be moved and we don't want to be held responsible for anything that may happen during the move. And if I need to type one, what should I include?

A Bill of Sale, designating the actual agreement between the parties, is always a prudent business requirement. There are preprinted forms that can be used, and then altered to fit the situation, available at stores such as Office Depot, Office Max, and the like. You may even contact a local manufactured housing dealer, and see if they have one they will share with you. Most will.
