??financing MH in Mich on land

I am trying to sell my mobile home on 1.25 acers with a pole barn in michigan but can not find anyone who will finance it for buyers?? It was origanally a 1971 but in 1988 we completly remodeled it put a addition on it it now looks like a ranch home even the realtors who come through it can not believe it was a mobile! all dry wall throughout new wiring the walls were built out so they are 8" thick nice windows? There is nothing that needs to be redone at all but still can't find anyone to touch it??? also having hard time with insuring it in Mich. any help would greatly be appreciated! Phone #'s Names ???

The local bank will be your only hope on this type of property. A local bank often puts as much or more faith in the indivual, as opposed to the property. This is called "Character Lending". Good Luck
