financing a MH on land

I am in need of finding financing for a MH I want to buy that is already on 1.25 acres. It's a Golden West built in 1994.
The trouble I am having is that lenders don't want to lend on MH because of some new study about the # of people who foreclose or abandon their homes.
So I need to come up with 5% down, and cannot use any gift money.

Does anyone know of anything better!
Thanks, Jenn

Hundreds to chose from...If you are in Golden West country...try Wells Fargo Mortgage..they have many offices in the West..

Also go to the find a mortgage section of this web site..scores of lenders are listed there and want your business..

Some lenders...not all..will restrict your term to 20 years with only 5% down...but many will still go a full 30 years...of course..shorter term finance is to your long term benefit..Good Luck
