Patriot Homes

Looking into Patriot homes, model Duckett Manor, 1768 sq ft
3br 2b, one dealer quoted $73,800, another quoted 65 to 68,000,
Do prices vary that much from dealer to dealer?
What is reputation of Patriot Homes? Thanks for any responses,
and does anyone have a Patriot and your opinion.

My family has that exact Patriot home model. We have been very happy with our home. We had the water softner plumbed in the utility room and a window is in place of the door that was supposed to be there. Instead the door is in the family room, which is in place of the window. We really like this set up, since we don't have a garage yet, which we would have had the water softner put in there. I have not heard any terrible reports about Patriot. We would have done a couple of more upgrades if we had been aware of them. We did a lot of research before buying our home. The service manager at the Patriot sales center where we purchased our home is hard to get a hold of, but we have found that the squeakiest wheel is the one that gets the oil. Good luck!
