I purchaased a brand new 2-story manufactured home in March of 2001. By September 2001, the value of the home decreased by $50,000. Then another $30,000 by 2002. Is this normal?

Where do you get your value figures from...Seems very unlikely that values would drop $80,000 in 18 months....If you are expressing the value as a trade in or sale without the land..It might have dropped a lot...2 story manufactured homes are not ever meant to move...
