I am trying to find a web site that would list comparables on manufactured homes. I prefer that it be free, (who doesnt?). All assistance is greatly appreciated.
In New York you could try www.uspdr.com. This is for all property types, but isn't completely up to date or all inclusive. It was enough to know we were going to have appraisal problems,
If not, maybe your state has something like it?
