selling and moving modular

We currently live in an 8 yr. old American Family modular that is seated on a basement. Recently found out that our foundation is settling and that it will require over $10,000 to repair. We are not willing to put that kind of money back into a modular home. We would like to find someone who would buy and be responsible for moving the home off the foundation. We have consulted other dealers and now have an idea of how much money this would cost, so we know what kind of cut we would take off our price. Any ideas or suggestions?
