Mobile Home Repairs

Our mobile home is only 2 years old and we have a roof leak already. We have contacted the manufacturer and they advised that they will not repair as our home is 2 years old. We were told that the roof had a 25 year warranty. If they do not handle the repair who does?

Our home is a double wide 32 x 76. We had problems since we have moved in from carpet repairs (which still not not done) to trailer coming apart in the middle (which has not been repaired on the inside were trailer meets) to cracks in ceiling in 3 areas that have already been repaired 2 times (but not repaired now).

We have been very disappointed by the manufacture and have been lead to believe that our problems would be taken care of.

I contacted them numerous times for these repairs and still cannot get them done.

What do we do next?

Get an attorney!! We had similar problems and we had to get an attorney. It helped us. Good luck!
