I am looking at an entry level 14x52, Legacy Alan model 810, home made by Giles Industries Inc. Dealer gave price of $13,500 including air, underpinning, delivery and setup. Is this a reasonable price? If not, what would be?

very good deal, actually sounds to good. get everything in writing. If you get all that you said you were supposed to get for that price, then I would buy.
