High end manufactured homes

Is there such a thing as a high end manufactured home? Can you have a second story? Where can I go for answers?
There are manufactured homes as high end as your pocket book can be..
Last month I read about a modulat home appraised at $8,000,000....Little too high end for me..
Both manufactured and modular homes are available in 2 story homes...These type homes are available from many manufacturers in all parts of the country..
