You just made it...Spend a little time getting up to speed on the different possible homes available to you...
This web site has a wealth of information...You might consider a book or 2 from the book store here...
The more you learn..the happier you will be..
Above all ask questions...Read other folks questions and answers..

Heed this advice. We've been at this for 3 years and are still learning. In addition, never assume. For if you do, you'll get the minimum allowed by law.

My advice, if you are thinking MH in a park, don't!!! Read this site and you will see, most unhappiness comes from that decision more then anything else 9beyond perhaps not looking into the quality of the MH itself) But a postage stamp piece of land if you have to, but do that!!!
