I am purchusing a home, and will be installing the footers myself. My question is this: How close can they get the house to line up to the footers for the block installation? I am planing on digging them before the house is delivered but will not install the block untill after the house is set.
thanks, Bill

Our dealership is always careful with consumer installed footers...It is not uncommon to put them in the wrong place..

Our dealership always digs the footers for the perimeter walls after the home is placed...This way you cannot go wrong..Pier footers are placed per manufacturers set up manual requirements...

I would talk to your dealer about his preferences..
