When a new home is setup with cement footers and then brick under pinned
how do they re-level it if needed when the 6mo and one year checks are done ?

If the block piers are on cement footers it won't need releveling. If it does they didn't set the house right to start with..

The other post here is correct...if the footers are poured below the frostline as they should be..they will not move...
If somehow releveling is necessary..it would be done just like any relevel job...The home is leveled from the top of the piers and the wood on top is adjusted up or down as necessary....The brick skirting does not touch the bottom of the home and should nave plenty of room for minor adjustments of the home..

We're going on a year now and there's no need to relevel the house. Redo the floors, yes, relevel the house, no.
