Hi, own a 16 by 80 Redman home and i want to put it on a basement but Imtold that I need a blueprint so that i can install the basement right could you please help or explain this to me. Thank You R. Scott

Some manufacturers will provide this information, other will not. All homes are not built to be placed on a basement. You may, however, in most states, have a registered engineer design a basement foundation plan for your installation. Check with your local building and codes department.
