Hi, I hope you can help me out here. I am wanting to sell my home myself but, don't know how to go about it. I am especailly concerned with the titles and pay off . I guess I need to know how do I get the money from the buyer if they finance it to pay off my loan and how do you transfer the titles and when? If you can gelp me I sure would appreciate it. I am leaving the state i am in to go to another one.

If the new purchasers obtain bank financing, they will be happy to both pay off your loan, from the proceeds, and receive the title documents. By doing this, they are assured that the title will be sent directly to them, so that they can then secure their lien with the new purchaser.
