Problems getting repairs that are under warranty

My husband and I have been in our home for about 6 months and we have major repair problems that have not been resolved. We were never given a walk-thru, we have faxed and phoned a llist of the problems to manufacturer and the dealer and no one has done anything. They make appointments to come out and they never show up they always call with an excuse. I would like to know what type of recourse I have and who do I call to get some help in this matter. Any help you can offer would be greatly apprecited.

Your owners manual has a phone number of the SSA (HUD) agency in your state..Look it up and file a complaint with them..
