old Manufactured home

I have been searching the net and can not find any info about getting rid of an old manufactured home. I am considering buying a piece of property with an old run down MH on it and would like to replace it with a new one. I don't know if i could do that myself or if there are companies out there that do that or what I have to do to get it done. Any help would be great thanks.

Most often the dealer selling you a home will be able to move it...He will be anxious to sell you and should offer to help..

Thanks, even though i couldn't find any info online or in the phone book. The dealer said they could do it for a fee. But I found another person who can do it, found the an ad in a newspaper. Thanks for the help.

As tight as new home sales are now...It is hard to believe a dealer would not do this for free..if you are buying from them...

The direct cost to him cannot be more than a few hundred dollars...Hardly nothing to help get a sale..
