How do you get a manufactured home titled as real estate? I'm looking at one that is on leased land. My mortgage company will not accept the title as it is a motor vehicle document......I'm in East Windsor, New Jersey. Thank you! - Donna

First you have to be able to buy the property...unless this is a very long lease...such as about 40
Plus years...
Most often this is no more than a declaration..Talk to you county record clerk and find out what is required in your state,,,
