I am looking at a home on a perm foundation. My lender needs to know if it is a modular or manufactured. We have looked underneath but can't see the floor joists as it is covered up. The home was made by Elliots Homes?? in Oklahoma. It does have a hud number on an id sticker. The home was made in 97 or 98. Any help appreciated!!!

If it has a HUD number than it is manufactured. Look for the axle as well.

The home should appraise at about the same rate of other same sized and condition homes of the area.
Thats about all the bank is concerned with.
Bear in mind this is assuming this home comes with land attached(which gives it its real value)
