My siblings and I are looking for a manufactured home for our elderly, disabled parents' use. We want to locate one that is already accessible, i.e., the doorways and hallways are wide enough to accommodate a person in a wheelchair plus an aide, no doorsills, rollin shower, the grab bars, roomy rooms, and other amenities of homes for the handicapped. Is this available? If so, which manufacturer(s) offer such housing? Please guide us in the right direction. Thanks for your help.

You have not mentioned which part of the country you are in...Replies to a similar post here a few days ago listed three manufacturers...
www.Turtlehomes.com
Turtle Homes in Kansas...
www.Shamrock-Homes.com
Shamrock Homes in Indiana
www.Craftmade-Homes.com
Craftmade Homes in GA...
Of course any of these can be transported to neighboring states...
If I read the web sites right..Turtle and Craftmade are HUD certified manufactured homes that can go to any state..Shamrock are modular homes that likely cannot go much further than the neighboring states to IN...

You can also contact any of the numerous Manufactured housing builders nation wide - Most of them are more than glad to build a home to suit your specs. Most also have ADA ready floorplans available.

Jean:
I have an identical situation, as I am looking for handicap accessible "mobile home" to place on my property, next to my home, for my mother. I want it to have wide doorways and handicap shower. We will prepare concrete slab, etc for placement of the mobile unit. Do you have names of manufacturers that produce these homes?
