from park to foundation?

hi everyone,
i wondered if anyone knew if the fha would say "no, it's been moved" to a mh moved from a park (not a permanent foundation?) to the sales lot to then be put on a permanent foundation?

when in a park, what are mh placed on?

FHA will not finance this home...if bought from a dealer it must be a new home "never previously set up"...

The only used homes they will finance is one that was place originally on a lot and set up to FHA specs...Sometimes existing homes can be retro fitted to meet FHA set up specs...but not all..
