hi everyone,
am seeking a modular to be placed on a ready site in sw colorado.
i understand that where a particular brand is made can make a big difference in its quality. i am not really excited about the idea of hauling my home from missouri (fuqua) or so arizona (karsten) or maybe that really makes no difference???? just more bug guts to clean off? grins

also, who owns cavco? isn't it oakwood?

please tell me it's dumb to have pink carpet....i can't stop myself!!!
:-)

Sabrina,

The Summit Crest Home Builder (Champion Homes) in Berthoud Co. makes an outstanding home. You can locate a home dealer on their web site or call the factory.

Cavco in AZ (owned by Centex Corp. / major nationwide home builder) and Karsten, Alb. NM, also make nice homes.

** A good quality dealer and site contractor will make the big difference - visit (to interview) the dealers in your area.

thanks...sm
