Help me please!

I am in the process of chosing a manufactured home and was wondering if I should be trying to get them to come down on the price or are the prices pretty much set in stone? I am looking at top end double wides at the cost of about $70,000.

Usually the base price is set and then you add upgrades.
Our home was 50,000 and after all the proper upgrades.... we were looking at around 74,000.
Go with Oakwood Homes..... the best built MH home there is.

"Which is the best?"seems to a matter of personal opinion in this forum.While the majority of posters who have been here loath Oakwood,you seem to be a satisfied customer(so far)
