Does any one know of a modular home manufacturer that makes a roof pitch of 7 1/2 ? i prefer a one story. Redman makes 7.12 pitch but my land covenant requires 7 1/2.

Roof pitch is the relationship of rise to run. A roof with a 4 - 12 pitch has 4 inches
of rise per every 12 inches of run (not steep.) A roof with a 7 - 12 pitch has 7
inches of rise per every 12 inches of run (more steep.)

A roof with a 7 - 1/2 pitch is one I have never seen. It would be very very steep,
like almost straight up.

hope this helps

I am not sure where you are at...but..
Horton offers both manufactured and modular homes with a 7x12 pitch...They even offer a 12x12 roof pitch on a few models of modulars at Horton Homes..
Go here for a picture of one..

Also I think Southern Energy also offers 7x12 on some of their 28 wide manufactured and modular homes...

Homes of Merit from Lake City florida also offer 7x12 pitches on both manufactured and modular homes..

Mascot from SC also has the option...

I am sure there are many others nationwide that can fill this requirement..both in modualr and manufactured homes..
