'Gold' in 'dem communities

I work for a satellite internet access company, which specializes in bringing high-speed internet access to areas that can't get the typical DSL or Cable internet.
I live in a fairly remote area and have begin to notice that many mobile home/manufactured home communities cannot get DSL or Cable internet access either.
Is this true? For all of the many manufactured homes across the nation, do you think there is a high-demand for high-speed/fast internet in these communities?
There is definately a 'rural-digital divide' -- VOLO's complete mission is to reduce it...would a focus on manufactured home communities make sense?
