Buying a new home

Hi. Thanks for taking my email first of all. Secondly, my wife and I are setting up long term plans for our future. We ultimately will buy a house, but in the mean time we are looking at getting a manufactured home to provide as shelter, and also as an affordable way to have housing and yet still save up for the purchase of a home 5 to 7 years from now. The question is that we are new at this process and don't know really what to do.. We have been to several places in our area. We have tried repot dealers as well as new dealers. So we don't know which one of the two to choose from. We found two brands that we like but i don't know much about their customer service or rating. They were Belmont, and Champion Homes. Could you offer suggestions on if these are good homes. And also, should we not look at repot places, and only stick with new manufactured homes.? I appreciate your time.
