You can get an awfully small singlewide. Go to Foremost.com (a major insurer) - they have a list of manufacturer websites.

If I may, avoid single wide homes because the re-sale is lousy in most areas...due to a lack of lenders. Small double wide homes start at around 1,000 square feet. E-mail me with any others questions...Gary.
