What is the best or easiest way to find out a list which tells which manufactured homes are built the best? I have search for report cards on manufacturers but haven't gotten any substantial hits in search engines. Please point me in the right direction to decide which manufactured home is the best quality.

Manufactured homes are extrememly competitive nationwide....You pretty well get what you pay for...Also remember manufacturers have many plants...eveyone building a different home..most plants even offer more than 1 line...each with different specs...
That said..the trick is to decide what exact specs you think are important for you...then find a home that fills the bill...A good way to get up to speed on specs would be to buy Randy's book from the bookstore at this site...A small investment to help you understand the industry and the differences between homes..
Just remember..every home is the best home for the money for the person who buys it...also every home gets sold to someone..
